Orange Tustin Inn In Orange

This hotel is nice, and has everything I need, such as free Wi-Fi, free parking, 24-hour reception, and air conditioning. On my first stay, the staff helped me with a cold drink in the heat, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend visiting for a great experience. I'm coming back for Christmas!

Clean room with additional pillow, decent sized beds, I had everything needed. There were a microwave oven, tea/coffee making equipment and a refrigerator in the room too.

The beds were really comfortable and the rooms spacious!

The check in area was disorganized and not very clean and friendly.

Bathroom water was cloudy and toilet handle missing.

location! only close to the 22 freeway.

towels to small,for adults, one of the drawers were almost broken so couldnt use it! pillows were way way to old and flat very uncomfortable! the coffee machines water inside was like a jello substance did not look safe to use at all! please check your machines!

Greatly enjoyed the room in good condition, my bed was comfortable. It was in a convenient location really close to the grounds and market and a motor speedway, good for wedding. Also, Orange Plaza was 2 miles away from the property:)))

Comfortable bed, adequate size room, plenty of hot water in shower, very reasonable price.

Smokers in the hallways. Cigarette burn hole in the bedspread. Freeway noise noticeable.

The free wi-fi was nice, but it did nothing to cover up the strange odor in my room. I also can't help but mention the toilet,, ironically, very exclusive, as it clogged upon first use. I almost considered a good review, but I just couldn't get past the lack of proper treatment here.

The staff was attentive .

After addressing my concerns with the manager, he assured me the noise would stop, but that promise was not kept, leading to further frustration. I ultimately felt forced to leave at the promised checkout time, leaving me more exhausted than before.

Bathroom toilet clogged with waste!!! Shower hair and cracked tiles everywhere!!! Dirty sheets with stains!!! Staff's surveillance feels invasive!!! Thin walls result in poor sound insulation!!!

For a better experience, request extra towels when checking in, as they may not have enough for all guests.

The location was definitely a highlight, with easy access to nearby attractions and a vibrant atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and the amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi and free parking. We loved having spacious rooms that allowed us all to get together comfortably after our long hikes.
